Verification problem

So I know my password to my account, but I don’t have access to the same phone number I have in my account. So even though I know my password I still can’t log in because of not being able to get the verification code sent to a number I no longer have access to (my old number). Any help with this? I have $50 sitting in this account that I need ASAP for a fee when buying a concert ticket and I’m freaking out because this is the only money I have to pay this fee.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
