okay, I have no any card connected to the paypal account and my account is temporarily blocked. I tried to verify the phone number. I waited for one hour but the six digit code isn't sent. I tried several times. The phone no is also right. So what should I do. I cannot receive the amount from others if it is temporarily blocked and it also doesn't provide six digit no even after trying several times. What is the problem? The phone no should've be updated at least. !
