Upon login, I received the following message: We couldn't sign in. If you believe there is a problem with your account, please contact us and we will help you find a solution. After changing my password, I get the same message again.

Hi @mjani6612,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to log in. Please try contacting customer service by phone. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then you can click to call as a guest to get the number.
