My wife and I share a credit card and she has it added to her paypal account. I am trying to add the card to my account but paypal keeps saying that she has to confirm first before we can add. They keep saying that they sent her a text to confirm, but she never receives the text and we verified that paypal has the correct cell phone number on file. Where is the text? How do I add this card?
