My new updated card don't updated neither re add it.

Hi.

Today i receive the new update visa card cause my old one was expired.

I try to update it from paypal -> wallet -> card

but doesn't accept it. Always(At least 10 times i try) it bring me the message to try again later.

After some faq i read from paypal community i try to remove it and re add it but the card was decline it for at least 5 times i try.

Why this is happening?

The old card i use it for at least 3 years with any problem at all.

PLEASE HELP ME.
