XOOM DENIED FUTURE SERVICE BECAUSE OF THEIR VERIFICATION PROCESS

I tried to use Xoom customer service to verify my Xoom account. Every transaction I made was canceled: they needed to verify that it was my account and asked for my ID, Driver’s license, a government’s form of identification. I sent them my valid U.S driver’s license and they said sorry we could not confirm it is you and never explained why. I called customer service again then they just said oh well, we couldn’t verify you, you can’t try again, look for other alternatives please. WTF?? I’ve been a paypal customer for 10 years. This never happened! What should I do at this point? Who should I talk to?

Does the name on the Xoom account match name on DL exactly? Was your DL new or recent and Xoom can't find you in the national database yet?
