Support Email don't Reply to me

Hi i've sent 2 emails to support its been over 24hours on both and no reply.
I am trying to verify my account, my last step is my card.
They sent a transaction of 1,5 euro to my card, but in the transaction details there wasnt a 4 digit code, i tried some anyway.

Now i dont know the 4 digit code, when i go to verify my card it doesnt show a place to put the 4 digit code, i cant verify my account cause it asks to verify my email and support doesnt reply to me.
