To change your billing address, go to your Wallet and add a new billing address in the card details. Make sure you've already updated your address with your card company.

I changed my mailing address just fine. But I can't change my billing address.

In wallet I clicked 'update' card. But everything is greyed out so I can't add a new billing address. And yes, I've changed my details in my bank to my new address.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to update your billing address. When did you update your billing address with your card issuer? DId you move recently? Have you tried removing the card and adding it using your updated billing address?

It has my new address in the option and when i try to update it to my new billing/ mailing address it says in red “unable to complete please try again later”
