I need to change back my name is not because i'm married or spouses it because on previous when i created the account i putting my not real name so i wanted to change to my real name which is Nur <removed>

Thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear that your account was created with a false name. It is not possible to change a name from a false name to a real one. If the account is not currently limited, it would be best to close the account as soon as possible and open one using the correct name. If the account is limited, you will be unable to close it and unable to resolve the limitation. You can contact customer service to discuss whether or not it would be permitted to open a new account.
