Unable to add PAN card details

I want to verify my paypal account but I am not seeing any option to add the PAN card details. I am seeing "passport' option instead, is that the same thing?

I didn't get any notification to add PAN details either. What should I do?

Hi @shubham17,

Thank you for your post and your patience. Depending on the kind of PayPal account you have and how long it's been open, you should have the option to provide all of this information in the Resolution Center. Step by step information on this process can be found here:

If you do not have the option to provide your PAN at all, then you may need to give our customer support a call or email to ask that they review the account for any limitations. To do this, please follow the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page.
