Trying to update my name but paypal hasn't contacted me back?

Hello! I've been trying to change my name for years in my paypal account but paypal either won't let me send my ID. 

I've been struggling with this issue and have been for a while because the customer service won't provide me any decent help.

A great Help Center article you may find useful is: How do I change the name on my PayPal account? When updating your name, we typically ask for a photo ID and a court-issued document showing your name change. We'll update you by email after your documentation is reviewed. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal web page for further assistance.
