My old phone number is blocked so I cannot use it

I am trying to get into my account but they want to send a message to my(old) mobile number. I no longer have access to this number so I cannot get in.     How can I add my new number. on screen there is no ADD NUMBER or HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN. Any ideas

I understand how frustrating it is when you're unable to log into your account. I recommend trying to log in from a device that you used before the phone number change. You may be able to log in without having to go through the extra security check. If that doesn't work, you'll want to contact Customer Support for assistance updating your phone number. If the phone number cannot be updated, then as a last resort, the account may be able to be closed so you can create a new one with your current contact information. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
