Change of mobile number and residency

I want to change my address since I exit Qatar. I Currently live in USA, how can I edit/update my address, I cannot edit the phone number and Nationality

Thanks for contacting PayPal community!

I would like to inform you that PayPal is country specific and you will have to close the account and create a new one in the country you stay.
