Scammed on eBay

I just gave a buyer on eBay my PayPal address. I texted with the buyer using my cell phone number. Then I was informed by eBay that this was a suspicious buyer and to cancel the sale. Do I need to worry that this scammer has my PayPal address and phone number?

What can they really do with just email address and phone number? Not that I am making light of anything. If you're really worried, then switch out your PayPal email address and totally trash that email account and get a new phone number added.
