Problem with my bank account

Hello I can't add my IBAN into the system. I did everything that I should but after confirmation there is some sort of green circle that don't want to disepear. Nothing helps.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
