Problem with My identification

PayPal ask me to resolve my account thru some personal question/information. The problem is they ask me to confirm my 2 Mastercard card. The problem is that I dont have those 2 cards with me anymore. They we stolen. How can I respond to the question when I dont have any information regarding those 2 cards??

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
