Problem in switching my account

Hey, I want to switch my business account to personal account. So, please help me in doing that as soon as possible.

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.
OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.

So, If I delete my business account, then is it possible to create a new personal account with the same(previous) email id and phone number? I mean it can give me an error like that- 'email already exists please choose a different email'

Paypal states that if you completely close an account and its not just limited then you should be able to re-use that email address.

I can't guarantee that of course but that is what Paypal state.

Thats as long as you have removed all bank accounts and cards linked to the old account and cancelled all subscriptions etc.
