preferd payment not being utilized

I recently changed banks,& setup the new account info with PayPal , & changed my preford payment options to tie to the new bank accounts,(I did not delete the old accounts ,only removed them from preford status) the old accounts are still being used as preford resulting in overdraft charges to me, which would not have happened if the correct preford method would have been utilized.

Did you confirm your bank account with the 4 digit code sent to that bank statement / account?

Hi Guys 

Twice now ive been slugged by my back for have no enough funds in an account 

which is linked to Paypal 

Even tho my Preferred method is my active credit card 

it even says PREFERRED under it 

is not being used ?????? 

whos paying for that???

They aren't subscription payments by any chance linked to your bank account?
