Password Reset without the ability to call

I've been trying to reset my password for a while now and every time I try to do so I get the message "Sorry, something went wrong on our end" and then I can't do anything. I don't know how you can have something go wrong for so long, but whatever. I live in South Korea currently and therefore cannot call as my burner number here won't allow such a call. I have access to the email attached to my account and literally every other service will let you reset via email so why can't I here. I have a large deposit coming into paypal and I'd like to access it. Again, I CANNOT call, unless they'll let a family member do so, but I know that wont be an option.

Open a South Korea PayPal since you live there. 😉 It's what you're supposed to do.

To try and access your Canada account, call from any phone as PayPal guest since you're locked out:

1. Log on 
2. Click HELP at the top menu
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US
4. Scroll down to click CALL US 
5. Click PayPal Guest option

I'm not opening a Korean account when I won't live here for too much longer. Plus, I don't want the money in my Korean account, even if i do that it costs money to wire it over to my canadian account. I also stated that I don't have a way of calling..... I cannot call. Please read thoroughly before responding.
