Hi would anyone know what I can do I'm logging in and it is asking me for a code that's sent to my mobile but I no longer have the number and cant get in my account to change the number does anyone know what I can do

Thats the importance of keeping your contact information up to date sadly.

You would need to sort this out with customer services as they would need another way to i.d. you.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
