Is customer service (Email) Ignoring only me or everyone else too?

Hi, I have contacted many times their customer support via email ,and they keep ignoring my messages.

Is it happening only to me or anyone else too?

That's total crap you say contact us, but I did 3 times, and also 2 time via phone loooool bs customer service bs company

So I say no more paypal for me, and take the pennies for yourself, so the 3-5% will have a bit more for themselves 😄
