I was added as a user on a different account but now cannot access it

Hello, I could not find this anywhere else but I was added as a user to a business account and they used my email that I have set up with my regular paypal account, this acct.). I followed the link, set a password etc but now I cannot access that particular account.
Keeps saying password is wrong, (it's not though I literally just made it), I can login to my regular account, (this one), just fine with my original password which I assume is by design so things don't get messed up but I am having trouble access that business account and the person with does not really know how things work either so just looking for some help.
On the business account end it shows that my user status is active so not sure what I am doing wrong,

Hi @becca26,

 

Thank you for posting your question in the Community. I'm sorry you're running into issues logging in as a secondary user. The primary user should have created a unique user ID that you use to log in instead of your email address. If the password needs to be changed, this will have to be done by the primary user as well.
