Change the name in profile

Hey guys,

Could you please hepl me make clear the procedure of solving problem in Full Name updating on Paypal? Cause after 7 days working from the day i changing but i havn't got any feedback from the support email/ center and i don't know how's that procedure going..

Any valued experience for that situation friend?

Thanks for posting in PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry you're having trouble changing your name. It typically takes 3-5 business days to receive an update after submitting the necessary documents. If you haven't heard back from us in over 7 business days, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team directly.

Thanks for your advice. However, i also do not know who i could connect to because i can not see any other direct mail on the website. All look like just the automatic response. Could you help me advice more cause it's hard for me to make a call to their team.
