Having problem logging in

Hello,

I am trying to log in to my paypal account and i filled with email and password which both are correct.When i transfer to next page there is "Sorry,We could't confirm its you.I am facing this problem for last 15 days and can't be able to log in.Please give me a suggestion.

I am sorry about your issue. In some cases, our internal security systems may block these actions for your protection. The unusual activity can be accessing your account from a different region, usage of unrecognized or restricted networks like VPN, public networks or an abnormal transaction. In this case, all I can suggest you is that allow our systems 48 hours to clear any potential flags that might have tied up to your PayPal account.

 

If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
