I can't log in to my paypal account, Although the email and password are correct. from browser firefox and google chrome
when I log in give me this message :
Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
how i solved it

Hi AhmedTork, 

 

If your password and email are correct then it should be logging you in. The only reason I can think of why it wouldn't and you are getting that error message is if your account is locked. If there was open issues on your account such a limitation or a negative balance that was not resolved your account can become locked. You will need to give us a call so we can help get you back in.

At First i wolud like to thank you for answering me .

I used a browser Puffin secure Browser to logging , but i can't logging form other any Browser this big problem.
I don't have open issues on my account .
If I can't log in, what should I do? I can not communicate with one of the support team, and there was previously a live chat, all this did not find
I have to login so I can send a message, I don't know what happened for paypal
So here I have to log in to show my problem
If you have a way to get in touch with the support team, please guide me, but not log in
