Fees help - confused

I sold an item on shpock and for the first time the buyer paid me through paypal. I am very confused as they paid me £15.00 paypal fees were a total of 71p (which I accept as being the 3.4% + 20p) but I only received £12.79! So where is the other £1.50!

Was it an international transaction or the buyer paid for the item internationally?
