I need help as I can't put a baranggay proof of address certificate because of the "Thank you for providing the required information" even I haven't uploaded anything yet on the business confirmation link of government docs. The customer representative last week told me that I should upload a barranggay proof of address certificate to get verified and now I am trying to upload it but it does not give me the option to upload because of the "Thank you for providing the required information". Also, there are no available chat support now on Paypal and I do not know why and I cannot call because it is so expensive to call here.
