how to get a refund/cancel?

I was considering on buying an item online. Selected the item and put in payment info as a guest though paypal. Before fully completing the transaction, providing delivery address etc. with the website selling the item i decided not to go ahead with the order as i might find a better deal elsewhere. However i later saw paypal took the money from my bank account already. As it was a guest account the payment wont show in my activity. How do i get a refund/cancel?
