Limited account. How do I purchase reciept from a supplier if I am selling DIGITAL goods?

Hello good afternoon, I am currently in process to restore my account as there are pending/held payments but it is asking or a supplier when the products that I am selling are digital goods. I have provided business information and a photo ID and am now working on providing proof of fulfillment but I am completely stumped on the suppliers information. How do I fix this?

Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
