Will a pending transaction due to “Please provide information” be canceled automatically?

I would like to cancel one of my pending transactions because I will not be providing the extra information requested. Will I get the money back from the transaction if I wait long enough without providing any information? I tried calling them but the only result was that they sent me another email saying that they need more information to complete the transaction.

pending echeque TO your paypal balance from a buyer?
pending IN your paypal balance for an Ebay sale as a new seller?
pending IN your paypal balance for an off-Ebay sale as a new seller?
pending TO a company with you as the buyer?

It is pending to another PayPal account. They are not considered a seller on my transaction.

Sorry still unclear.

Were you buying goods or services and sent a payment that way?

Or were you sending a gift of money using the friends/family option?

Is it pending or on hold in their paypal account?

Or is it pending unclaimed on your paypal account?

Or is it pending on both paypal accounts?

Is there a clearance date?

There is no clearance date that I can see.
