Card troubles

I recently deleted my previous account with my card linked. I've tried to link my card to my new account but it says that the card is already linked to an account. I can also no longer gain access to my old account to remove it.

It would be best if you indicated the country your account is registered so we can provide more information regarding your situation.

A good work around in this situation is to get a card number change. It's also possible that the card is linked to another account you may have forgotten. Either way your best option is the work around as there is a limit to the number of times you can add the card in the PayPal database.
