Missing payment

All I want  is some info on my personal paypal account.  My account balance, and the balance due on a 6 month item.  I just made a $200 payment to my account and it has not shown up.  Taken out of my one bank account.  I made a total of $300 payment from  my BB&T account, which is the only one I can track.  I don't like this way of communicating.  Just want to talk to an agent

IIt's unclear how your 6 month deferred payment is set up and the repayment terms. What is also unclear is whether you have scheduled payments for this or if this is on PayPal credit. 

What you can do is check your activity log, which you can review for up to 7 years. You can do it on a monthly basis from the time you made the first payment. If the program was using PayPal credit, you can do the review using your access for that account.

We share the same sentiment by speaking to an agent however due to the circumstances you have this alternative option open to you and may help someone else with the same situation.
