Good day to you all
Happy 2021!
I cannot access my account - I do not have a mobile and app (NOT interested in apps!) - just a landline. The account has not been accessed since before the new "app" thing is apparently required. Every time I try I just get back to the numbers that I need to feed in.
Would love to know what I can do here now!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
