Can't verify it is me

HI,

 

My wife is continually trying to login into her account but it says her password is wrong. When she clicks on to reset it says SORRY WE CANNOT VERIFY THIS IS YOU and wont let her go any further. She has been on the forgotten email page just in case she had the wrong email but they found her email address. I have had details through about changing login which I know about but it wont let her go any further than the SORRY WE CANNOT VERIFY THIS IS YOU page. Can someone help please?

If you’re having trouble logging in, you may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. If you need help doing this, go to your browser's support page, or do a web search on how to clear cookies and cache for your internet browser type and version.  For example: "How do I clear my cookies and cache in Internet Explorer 11?"

If you can’t log in because you forgot the email address or forgot your password connected with your PayPal account, you can recover access.
