@nataliemueller5 If somebody sent you a payment and had the option to accept or deny the payment and you denied it and it's not showing on your available balance then that means the payment has been sent back to the sender. Regards. ... View more

If you need help doing this, go to your browser's support page, or do a web search on how to clear cookies and cache for your internet browser type and version. @kperrott    Hi.   You can transfer back your PayPal balance to your bank account to resolve the overdrafted amount. Here's how to transfer money to bank account: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-transfer-money-to-my-bank-account-faq1189?app=searchAutoComplete   If you've been charged of overdraft fee because of the second transaction, it will be better to coordinate it with your bank.
