Hello everyone!

I have a problem with my other PayPal account. I forgot my password and when I try to follow the steps to renew it. the first verification with for my mail address went well but the phone number and the question's verification didn't because I've changed my phone number and forgot the question's answers.

I've tried to call Paypal services but it was just a recorded answers that recommended to me to follow the steps that I have already described.

please does anyone have any solution for my problem? because I still got money into that account.

Thank you in advance 🙂

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

IF YOU CAN'T LOG IN THEN USE THE GUEST BUYER OPTION.
WHEN YOU GET THROUGH IGNORE THE AUTOMATED ANSWERS AND JUST SAY 'AGENT' A FEW TIMES TO BYPASS THE BOT.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
