2 completely identical profiles

I made registration with one email. Unfortunately, my Keychain has not remembered password for that account (and i havent wrote it, cause usually i add password to KeyChain and here is no problem). After setting up account i made log out and when to that email. There was mail about email verification. I was trying to do that - but that requires password (what i dont know now). So, i cant verify email. I can't do password recovery, cause it doesnt recognise email.
So, after that i made second registration with similar email (both of them are from my company domain). Now i saved password, made email verification - everything is OK with that profile. But now i cant add bank account, cause it was added to first lost account. And you cant use same account in 2 different profiles.
Now, how i should f. delete first lost account? Or delete bank account from it?
Where i should write or contact? I have wrote last week to support, but they are completely useless - no answers at all.
