How do I know if my profile is complete and I can receive payments internationally also?

I am very new to paypal, and am very confused. I verified my bank account, those little entries it asks and i confirmed it..and submitted my PAN as well. But what next....How can i know if i can receive payments internationally, especially from USA?? Most of my students are from US, and they d like to make their payments via paypal.
