I sell a tutorial series online, and average 4 or 5 sales per day. At least one sale per day does not get reported to me via e-mail. The missing sales confirmation e-mails do not seem to have anything in common.... although many do appear to be from purchases made from outside of the US... but not all. It's pretty random.
No... the mails are not ending up in my spam filter.
Does anyone know how or why Palpal fails to notify me with any degree of reliability?
