Hi all,
I do some voluntary work for a charity and for the last few months they have not received many of the donations sent to them via paypal. I have been told that they receive the notification from paypal to say someone is trying to make a donation but the second email to say the donation has gone through doesn't arrive and so the donation does not make it into the charity account. Obviously on these occasions the donator has been asked to try again but as you can imagine they have had to accept the fact that on many occasions the donator runs out of patience and they dont get the money. Can someone suggest reasons why this might be happening, it seems a recent issue only starting in the last few months.
