I received an email from Piper to authenticate and sign, it asked questions about past vehicles owned etc. I completed it, however it told me authtication failed, and to contact the sender. I started calling and emailing last Monday, to this day, I continue to get reminders to sign, YET IT WON'T ALLOW me to sign. I even tried copying the code in order to go directly into docusign, still nothing, all paths lead back to Piper the original underwriter. I'm hoping she is not out ill. Its disheartening to need it, be so close, then NOTHING... I've called the answering service, as they are the only ones we can speak with, they've sent messages, still nothing.... Suggestions welcome.. ANy news on your end?

Hi,
I received an email from PayPal asking to upload documents after applying to the PPP. What's weird is that my correct login info is not working. It keeps saying authentication denied. I've tried resetting my password, and they don't even send an email. Anyone else have this issue? I'd reach out to customer service, but you know, it's non-existent.
Thanks!
Jay

Same as the Mopsters, I applied last Friday because my bank US Bank let me down. I was really hopeful that we'll be able to get help from Paypal. However, when I tried to login into my account I get this message
Marketing Ideas California does not have any open applications or loans at the moment. If you'd like to check your eligibility for a loan, give us a call at XXX phone number.
When I try to call the phone disconnects itself and I sent several emails about the issue.

Had the same issue and after much trial and error was able to get in.
Make sure you find the first email you received after filling out the first application from pay pal
Subject line is "We received your online application for the Paycheck Protection Program loan."
Click on the unique link in the email and that should push you through to create a new account on loan builder.
Its slow but it works
Hope that helps
