Listen guys and gals. Calling the customer service will not get you anywhere. It's like Calling the customer support for one of those scam sites that pop up on your webbrowser when it locks up your webpages. PayPal is essentially doing the same exact thing. They are intentionally locking up our money. They use our own money to bribe us all into giving them our personal data which they will most likely sell and or use in negative ways. Basically what happens is, a thief goes into your pocket, steals your wallet then offers you your own money back if you give him your ID! See how nuts that is? .. they claim they want to protect our money. However we all know that claim is a straight up lie. The way they go about this monumental heist is like this: Paypal allows you to open and account with out any verification of who you are. All you have to do is provide a email, address, bank account and phone number. The bank account is verified since you are the only one that has the capability to see the 2 very small money deposits PayPal puts into the bank account. The phone number can be verified by sending it a code. However they don't ask or require you to prove your identity at the time you open a PaPay account. It's not until you actually get money sent to your account that they freeze your money. They will not freeze it when using the account to buy. Only when you are accepting money they freeze the account! See where this is going? It's a trap! An intentionally created trap to lure you into getting money into your PayPal account. When money is finally in the account, THAT is when they magically need verification of your ID! A crime has just been committed upon you! They use the lame excuse that they need to verify you are the person you claim to be. Ok, the problem is, they have requested this information AFTER the account was opened and AFTER money was exchanged! In fact the merchandise can be delivered! Yet PayPal still wants you to send them proof that you deserve your own money. No company on the planet, except PayPal does this to people's money. No bank let's you open and account then strategically waits for you to receive money, freeze the money, then requires you to "verify" you're the owner of the account AFTER you received the money! It's clearly a method to steal our money! When you open a bank account of any type, the bank will require verification BEFORE the account is opened. Also, banks don't freeze our money when we get paid unless there is a court order with clerk of courts and judge signature on court documents! However, PayPal does freeze our money and they do it often and to many amd with no judge and no real reason, to be very blunt! Imagine if we all went to the store and bought something with PayPal. The store called Home Depot actually takes Payapl by the way and many other stores as well. Imagine suddenly these stores all get there money Frozen after we bought items from them. Imagine we get home, use the product, keep it forever but PayPal has frozen all of the money that the store is owed for all those items we now own! Well, PayPal literally does this to us all day everyday on a monumental scale but what do you think Home Depot and all the other stores would do if this would happen to them? I'm sure they would end up going brankrupt but not before sueing he f** out of PayPal!....... Problem is we aren't a huge company and don't have the man power or money resoruces to sue like a Home Depot. .. what do we do? Listen people. Getting a lawyer or calling PayPal is not going to work. The call centers are all in on this heist. They are all criminals. We have all gotten scam calls from fake IRS agents and similar scammers. PayPal is NO differnt. There employees are criminals, in on the take, knowing exactly what is going on. We all know this. We experience it when we call these people to try and get our money back. You can hear then clearly tell us they will not help us. They make up every reason to keep our money. You are literally calling the same thing that stole your wallet and asking him/her to give it back. I can tell you there is no chance of this working out in your favor! These PayPal employees get paid to continue the theft. They aren't there to "protect" you. They are there to bribe more information out of you. Your I'd. Your utility bills. Your social security and other private personal data. That's what these people are all hired to get out of you. . so do they call them! As for hiring a lawyer, well, lawyers would have to spend long hours fighting legal loop holes that obviously PayPal has figured out! PayPal was already gotten sued for this same thing and it took 7 years just to get a settlement of 4 million from PayPal! The Lawyers got most of that money. The victims got a few penny's! PayPal and eBay laugh. They don't care! They have so much of our money that they don't care about lawyers. It's literally free money to them. The way to fight this is to locate the bank that holds the money. They have to be using a bank to hold all that money. Confiscate that money using some sort of court order. It can be done. They have seizure laws and consumer laws that provide consumers the right to seize propertly as evidence for court cases. Also find out who is running this company. At one point Elon Musk was doing allot of it. That SOB is untrustworthy. There has to be someone that can be confronted and recorded, interviewed and given the proper treatment. Upload your testimonies on YouTube! Even if you conceal your faces, upload your audio testimony. Record the phone calls. Upload your experiences! Let us start posting this info. Upload the names of owners of PayPal corporation. Upload the bank account locations and names that hold Payapals (our) money! Share holders! Anything and everything. This ain't no game. This is our money. If we don't step up and do something they will rape up hard and dry till there is no more to take from us. Change your bank account numbers. Change your credit card numbers or PayPal will dip into them at random times and you'll never get it back. And as for eBay, they are accomplices! I'm started purchasing at real stores again. I pay more but I know I can return things and get a refund and I buy what I pay for and not some knock off Chinese junk. .... Let's go ! Let's get this happening!
