Hello, someone sent me money using Paypal mass payment, but I saw this service has been discontinued in 2017.
My question is where do I receive the money: in my Paypal account or do I have to open a business account? Thank you for your input.
I am about to implement the MASS payment API in my website, and have the same concern, does MASS payments really disconnected ?
