Do i have to pay for the paypal credit balance that is being on dispute?

i purchased goods with paypal credit and items have not been received and i just opened the dispute

paypal credit balance is due within a week and do i still have to pay the due? becasue i was wondering if i should wait until the dispute gets cleared

I am afraid you have to pay and then if you win the dispute,then you would get the refund.

Knowing how software works,if you don't pay,it would be slapping interest charge and may jeopardise your chance of using Paypal credit in the future
