Scammed by buyer

Hi Everybody

I sold a new item in a factory sealed box on eBay. paid €70 for the shipment. the buyer claimed item wasn't working. very bad communication from the buyer through eBay. He didn't manage to get his refund from eBay .Then he used PayPal buyer protection and agreed to send the item back in order to get his refund. He provided a tracking number and I got a package 2 days ago. I opened the box in front of a witness and guess what it was empty. I videoed the box opening as it was lightweight (100gm) , I took picture of the sent empty box with the tracking number and both our addresses  on it and also the weight of the empty box which was printed by DHL and was attached to box. The item I sent with the item was verified at 270 gr by DHL

I sent this  evidence to Pay pal and called them afterwards. They said they would refer it to their case  specialist . I have  heard nothing back. Today i checked my Pay pal account and to my surprise  I saw that €390 was refunded  to the scammer. I paid 34€ eBay fees , €70 shipment, and not only do I not have my item.. i now have a bill for €14 from Pay pal.

Needless to say I am more than disappointed.

What else can I do now ? Any help is appreciated.
