Hi Im selling a vehicle to a guy in usa , however i received a notification that the payment was made but i should pay agemt fees at spar to retrieve my pay pal money in my account ...is this true that after i made a payment to spar then the payment qill only reflect in my paypal account... This guy also sent me a copy of his id which i think its a fraud please help. Thank you
