Buyer refunded as she said item not received .The item then arrived but she hasn’t refunded me and isn’t communicating

Hi, I have a same problem and I was naiv enough the send the amound of money twice. I spoke with this person via fb messenger, and I thought I can trust him/her. Ofc the promised product was never recieved. Does anyone knows that they can have access to my credit card number this way? Thanks
