I have sold something via Facebook marketplace, and I agreed with the buyer that they could transfer the funds via PayPal and they were going to organise a courier to collect as they didn't live locally. I received the funds in really good time, however no courier has turned up even though the buyer was told they tried to collect and no one was in (which isn't the case, I am here all the time due to working from home). The buyer has now stopped reading my messages and I can't get hold of them. I feel guilty having the money and now don't know what to do. I want to get this sorted before Christmas as the mirror I am selling it taking up space in my home. Any ideas on the right thing to do?
