Hello. A buyer sent money to an incorrect email address as they missed out one character. The buyer then sent a second transaction to me correctly for goods I then sent and they received. The buyer raised a dispute via her bank and PayPal have taken the money back off me. In the meantime the buyer has been refunded via her bank her original incorrect payment. However PayPal will not reimburse me with my genuine funds as they say the dispute needs to be settled externally. Can anyone advise if this has happened to them. ? Thank you.
