Please assist me

Good day 

I received a notification from Paypal saying there was a dispute on my account

Now all of a sudden her name appears there. First and foremost I am not a seller of any item. As you can see I had not received any funds on the date in question. Yet now this "Buyer" is saying she sent me money and demanding a refund. Once again I reiterate I have received nothing from this person and I am not a seller. Please assist me to resolve this matter. I feel I am being scammed and I think someone may have hacked my account.
